What does a flush, reveal and overhang sink mount mean?

Flush- even with sink Reveal- shows lip of sink 1/8″ overhang – hides silicone

 

Why does a cutting board need to be trimmed? … The granite may be a flush mount, a reveal or an overhang and the width can vary by more than an inch. A custom, precision fit is more stable and ensures an easy glide.

 

Any tips for an easy install? Yes, use a dab of liquid dish soap to ease the fittings into the rubber mounting seal.

 

Does sink have sound pads? … Yes, rubber pads are large and about 1/8″ thick. Also, the entire sink is undercoated.

What garbage disposers do you recommend? … All In-Sink-Erator and Badger models with exception of batch feed (A batch feed disposer starts when a plug is inserted into the disposer opening).

 

What garbage disposers should I avoid? Whirlaway, GE and Waste King EZ Mount will fit but require an adapter (we will ship the adapter at no charge). Click on picture for adapter instructions:

What does zero radius and 1/2″ radius mean?

Designers like the clean lines of a zero radius sink. The half inch is a little easier to clean in the corners.

Both sinks are hand made. A flat sheet of 16 gauge stainless steel is folded to form sides. Corners are welded and polished smooth for a spectacular kitchen sink.

 

What is a “Classic Sink”?

 

Our classic sink is 16 gauge and has gentler rounded corners that help control splashing.
